There is a total of 194.158 hectares of land in our province, 167,477 hectares of which is 376,738 hectares of agricultural land, 26,681 hectares of which is to be irrigated. In Denizli, the main objective is to encourage greenhouse cultivation economically by making use of the existing geothermal hot water, to increase employment by creating new investment areas and to increase the share of agricultural production in the Gross National Product. There are 2,163 decares of greenhouse assets established by producers and entrepreneurs in Denizli. As of 30.06.2022 of this greenhouse asset:
- Soilless greenhouses producing 525 decares using modern methods with geothermal heating,
- 385 decares of greenhouses that produce twice a year for earliness,
- 1.200 decares are distributed as greenhouses producing in the form of highland greenhouses.
