The Fruit Research Institute (MAREM) is is located (37°49'17.97"N, 30°52'22.44"E) southwestern Isparta in the Lakes Region. It is situated on 107 hectare of fertile land near the Eğirdir Lake. MAREM is a leading institution dedicated to research and development in fruit cultivation in Türkiye. With its expertise and focus on temperate fruit trees, medicinal and aromatic plants and vineyard, disease management, cultivation techniques, economic research and innovations for the fruit industry, the institute plays a crucial role in advancing fruit production and enhancing the resilience of fruit cultivation in Türkiye.
