I am interested in partnering with universities/research institutes and establishing a living lab in my farm in Voukolies, Crete. Crete is covered to a large extent by olive groves. Given the current rise in living costs in cities there is a growing interest by young famililes to return to villages and engage in agriculture. The goal of the project would be to develop knowledge on how to help a traditional olive grove become a more diverse and resilient farm, allowing other plants to complement the olive trees, thrive and become productive to support a small community.

We are a newly formed non-profit organization aimed at helping beginner farmers establish organic and sustainable farming.
