NPPC- Soil Science and Conservation Research Institute has expertise and can contribute in SOC stock tracking and modeling on two farming systems, in development of agronomic procedures for reducing chemical substances in plant production (precise agriculture, creation of management zones), evaluation of agronomic procedures for effective soil water management, numerical simulations using agroecological model DAISY on regional/local level - nitrogen regime (simulation of the mineralization, immobilization, nitri(denitri)fication, etc., soil erosion assessment and testing of anti-erosion measures.

NPPC is a unique research organization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development covering four research institutes, experimental facilities and laboratories.
