We are repurposing grape byproducts obtained during wine production into multifunctional products, we not only reduce waste but also create new avenues for accessing natural and beneficial compounds. These compounds can be utilized in various health-related applications, such as cosmetics. Additionally, by reducing waste and maximizing resource utilization, our solution aligns with the principles of sustainability, which are fundamental to achieving environmental health coverage in the long term. We designed our services to valorize the subjected residue specifically. First the dehydration technology which will preserving active ingredients ensuring mobility for waste occuring areas . Secondly, we are building up a analysis lab for grape by products for serving wine producers to analyze their residue. As we are located in a Tech Center in a Pharmacy Faculty, we can do the R&D for each type of grape variety. Lastly, we produce multifunctional, high in antioxidant extracts for cosmetic producers, who is looking for clean and natural ingredients.
