Analyze prototypes' nutritional content and compare them with traditional foods to highlight health benefits. Create detailed reports to support marketing efforts. Sensory Analysis & Consumer Studies. Conduct sensory panels to assess prototypes' taste, texture, and appeal. Gather consumer insights through surveys to refine products based on preferences.

University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine (USAMV) of Cluj-Napoca, located in the North-
West Development Region of Romania, is a prestigious institution renowned for its excellence in agricultural and
veterinary education, research, and innovation at local, regional, national and international. With a long-standing
history of fostering innovation, USAMV has consistently bridged academia and industry through advanced research
facilities and collaborative projects. One of the university's key assets is the Laboratories of the Life Science Institute,
which serves as the hub for various cutting-edge research activities. This laboratories boasts a highly innovative
research infrastructure equipped with all the necessary instruments to achieve the project's goals. USAMV, in
collaboration with other partners, has secured over €22 million in funding from the
PNRR/2022/C15/MEDU/I6/Program-pilot to construct a new campus dedicated to Dual-Education. This initiative
will further enhance the university's capacity to provide top-tier education and training. Currently, USAMV enrols
approximately 6,000 students across its six faculties, offering more than bachelor’s degree programs, alongside
over 30 master’s and Ph.D. programs. The university’s commitment to innovation is also exemplified by the "Today's
Student, Tomorrow's Entrepreneur!" project (Project code 140502, Component 1 – Innotech Student project), which
received €1.9 million in funding. This project was designed to develop the entrepreneurial and managerial skills of 342
students by supporting 21 business plans aimed at creating enterprises in smart development fields identified by the
National Strategy for Research, Development, and Innovation (SNCDI). Each business plan is supported with
funding ranging from €40,000 to €100,000, fostering the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs.
