Determine and assess benefits/impacts and trade-offs of agroecology, and identify best practices
We are a company specializing in AI and computer vision technologies. Our expertise includes the use of advanced thermal and bispectrum (Thermal + RGB) cameras for agricultural monitoring, both on the ground and through aerial imaging with drones. We are particularly interested in contributing to the assessment of agroecological practices and their impacts, as well as supporting the transition to sustainable agricultural systems.
For Topic 1, we can offer:
Monitoring and Assessment Tools: Our thermal and bispectrum cameras, combined with AI-driven data processing, are capable of monitoring crop health, soil moisture, biodiversity, and other key indicators of agroecological systems. This helps evaluate the environmental benefits and trade-offs of different practices.
Data-Driven Insights: By analyzing data collected through our technology, we can help identify trends, optimize processes, and provide insights for developing best practices in agroecology.
For Topic 2, we also bring relevant expertise:
Our solutions enable real-time data collection and analysis to enhance traceability, productivity, and decision-making across agricultural value chains.
Through our data, we can provide evidence-based recommendations to support the development of policies and business models that facilitate the transition to agroecology.
With our experience in aerial imaging using drones equipped with bispectrum cameras, we can also support large-scale monitoring efforts, making it possible to assess agricultural systems across diverse landscapes. We are open to collaborating in a consortium to bring our expertise to both technical and strategic aspects of these projects.
iThermAI is an AI company expert in video analytics-based computer vision. We do many things with video data including detecting fire/smoke, getting bispectrum features for industry 4.0 and 5.0 manufacturing companies as well as transferring data with 5g technology. We have been into multiple Horizon Europe open calls. Our co-founders are respected researchers and university professors from KULeuven, Belgium.
