Enhancing the genetic diversity and variability of crops and livestock for the agroecological transition
We are looking for a project to partner on. We have strong expertise in soil ecology and molecular ecology, particularly in analysing soil microbial biodiversity using DNA metabarcoding and metagenomic approaches. We also have experience using environmental DNA (eDNA) to study micro-, meso-, and macrofaunal soil fauna diversity. In addition, our expertise includes rhizosphere ecology and soil chemistry.
