We are particularly interested in exploring a collaboration for Topic 2 of the 3rd Call of the Agroecology Partnership as it specifically falls under our area of interest and expertise.

Our idea is to develop a digital platform focused on insect farming, combining educational and networking components. The platform could include training materials, such as tutorials and video-based courses to support knowledge transfer and capacity building. In addition, it would offer an open space for showcasing and commercializing related products. The platform would also facilitate information exchange and visibility among hub members and other stakeholderd involved in insect farming.

Protiberia is open to participate in any project ideas that you could have in mind in relation to insect production, protein and chitin processing and/or using insect frass as an organic fertilizer.

Villainsect SL (Protiberia) is a Spanish biotech SME pioneering the research and industrial development of the yellow mealworm (Tenebrio molitor L.).
