Living labs, university vegetable gardens, permaculture, composting, ecotoxicology
Determine and assess benefits/impacts and trade-offs of agroecology, and identify best practices
Hi!
At the University of Aveiro (Portugal) we have a vegetable garden working in a permaculture system that can be usefull as a living lab for educational and research purposes. I'd love to be involved in a project exploring this component of University/schools/community gardens working as living labs for scientific, social, educational and community experiments. I also have a background on ecotoxicity that can be usefull for projects needing to assess toxic effects of compounds on soils or waters.
