Enhancing the genetic diversity and variability of crops and livestock for the agroecological transition
We are interested in cooperation that links digital tools, remote sensing, and modelling with trade-off analysis. Our focus is on monitoring agro-ecological performance under different environmental pressures, identifying management practices that support resilience. We seek partnerships that combine genetic research with digital tools to guide selection, conservation efforts, and practical management.
Natural Resources Institute Finland (LUKE) is a research organisation and a national expert body focused on sustainable use of natural resources. LUKE produces research, data and digital solutions to support decision making in sectors such as forestry, food systems, biodiversity and climate mitigation. We work with national authorities, universities, industry partners and international networks. We combines field work, laboratory studies and advanced analytics to create knowledge that benefits society and strengthens the bioeconomy.
