Enhancing the genetic diversity and variability of crops and livestock for the agroecological transition
We offer plant genome and transcriptome sequencing using Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT), enabling the detection of DNA and RNA modifications. We also provide computational analysis of large-scale sequencing datasets using customized bioinformatic tools. Our expertise covers mapping-by-sequencing approaches and other genome-wide analyses.
Our research group specializes in nanopore sequencing and plant genomics, with strong expertise in bioinformatics for genomics and evolutionary biology, including in-house tool development. Our biological research focuses on the specialized (secondary) metabolism of plants, addressing both fundamental and applied questions.
