Strengthening farmers’ involvement and empowerment in the transition towards agroecology
We are seeking financial interest and support for rrebuilding and restructuring 50 climate resilient small scale farmlands and forest gardens with income accessibility and increase quality food crop and nutritional diversity for vulnerable and conflict affected women and youth led farmers and families living in hard to reach Forest rural village and are victims of domestic violence,sex exploitations,human trafficking,or discrimination whose children are stunted and hungry and farmland are degraded and expose by erosion, landslide and flooding .
This transitional path from forest gathering and local farming to agribusiness and crop diversity. The green transition will be on primitive seasonal farms with exposing soil, culturally unprofitable limited produce mono crops for consumption purposes and whose poor traditional and chemical applicable systematic method provoke soil destruction, biodiversity and climate change. Through cultivation and producing of of cash crops from resilient tree plants , natural marketable honey bee keeping and multiple crop cultivation using regenerative farming approach on a single farmland. The conservative agro business will be carry out in the bakossi rainforest and landscape over 3 months , led by agroforestry expert and two volunteers. The agro business venture will support and provide 50 women and young girls and homes to be financially dependent , fertile soil and cover and food security.
